I seem to have lost the link here.  Breach of copyright is breach of 
copyright - no matter who commits it.  The only reason Jay is in any 
way relevant is that he's the moderator.  By excluding me he has 
shown that he is actively managing the resource, and by tolerating 
the assistance of piracy and breache sof copyright he is 
demonstrating the attitude of Herculeans to both activities.

Onward transmission and re-publication are two very different things.
