I seem to have lost the link here. Breach of copyright is breach of 
copyright - no matter who commits it. The only reason Jay is in any 
way relevant is that he's the moderator of Hercules-390. By excluding 
me he has shown that he is actively managing the resource, and by 
tolerating the assistance of piracy and breaches of copyright he is 
demonstrating the attitude of Herculeans to both activities.
