Those Canons prohibit engaging in, or > supporting, piracy of IBM or other vendor software. I've never said that Hercules is "nothing but" a piracy tool, but I have said that it is one. This is indisputable - the archives on Hercules-390 contain more than adequate proof. I do believe the Herculeans are dishonest in not being up-front about the licensing issues, especially with "newbies". I further believe that the obvious lack of any effort to obtain a licensing agreement with IBM while continuing to flesh out the zArchitecture implementation is inherently a confirmation of this dishonesty. ------------------------ Yahoo!
