I've never said that Hercules is "nothing but" a piracy tool, but I 
have said that it is one.  This is indisputable - the archives on 
Hercules-390 contain more than adequate proof.

I do believe the Herculeans are dishonest in not being up-front about 
the licensing issues, especially with "newbies".  I further believe 
that the obvious lack of any effort to obtain a licensing agreement 
with IBM while continuing to flesh out the zArchitecture 
implementation is inherently a confirmation of this dishonesty.
