Not necessarily, she could be a subcontractor. I used to have a de.ibm.com when I worked at Boeblingen but I was a contractor. She's not the only person with an IBM address either that I've seen posting requesting information. What interests me, seeing as running any of these systems is basically software piracy is why IBM aren't doing anything. You see a number of people posting from company e-mail addresses (i.e. Novell) therefore if IBM were concerned about this surely they would be contacting these companies in regards to a breach of license.
