In doing as you suggest, it just says ""2" means that you may not copy
and use this Program on another computer without paying additional
license fees."

So I see nothing which would preclude its original (as opposed to 2nd
machine) use on Thinkpads under the terms of the PWD.

I don't read that into the websphere license at all.   Can you please
lay out the exact thread of your argument?   Thanks.

Additional license terms does not necessarily mean money terms.   Do you
have an example where IBM is asking for additional fees from an AD-CD
user?
