Then you'd be wrong.   The guy posted a series of notes which indicated that he
is likely misconstruing the normal rights granted with an IBM license.  (he
said he is running a test for his employer but not for production, as if that
somehow that was an allowed use under the terms of his license)  I merely asked
what his license said about 2nd machine use, and I'm perfectly prepared to
learn that his license may indeed admit this sort of use.

Are you saying that Sungard maintains no license understanding with IBM over
use of IBM software on its machines?  If you admit that its possible they have
such an understanding, then, seeing how you are lumping yourself in the same
boat,  what is your understanding with IBM regarding use under Hercules?
