    I still have the same question:

    DFSMSdss is licensed.
 The old SYS1.SAMPLIB(ADRDMPRS) was part of DFSMSdss
 so was licensed.

    If I compile and link a cobol program, the output
 of the linkage editor is not licensed.
 If I copy an IMS exit out of an IBM manual line for
 line and assemble it and link it, it is not licensed.

    If I use SMP/E and licensed material to create an
 z/OS system, z/OS is licensed.

    Where does the output of whatever the new way to
 create ADRDMPRS stand, licensed or not?
 Is the new method BUILDSA?  I haven't used it yet.

    Has IBM intentionally made it easier for customers
 to restore data to their machines?  Do I not have to
 use CCKDDUMP/CCKDLOAD, a modified old DDR, or other
 non-standard method to copy disk volumes?
