I guess I just don't get it..... Here's MY personal take on things: the problem he is asking about concerns Hercules, not zOS. While we may have evidence that he MAY be running a licensed IBM O/S contrary to known licensing terms (but only he and IBM know for certain), that is NOT our concern IMO. It's his and IBM's. OUR concern is addressing a resported problem with Hercules that may well impact other Hercules users. We're not in the job of enforcing IBM's licensing terms, Peter. That's IBM's job, not ours. But since we're on the subject, WHY do you think there are people out there who, like Norberto, APPEAR to be [apparently] willing to openly violate their licensing terms? Why do think that is?? Are most mainframers / "system/390 software support specialists" and/or Hercules users software pirates Peter? Are they? I'm curious. Give us YOUR thought on this phenomenon, Peter. What do YOU think about all this? - -- "Fish" (David B. Trout) fish-6N/[email protected] Fight Spam!
