Minor fix/tweak updates:


  CTCI-W32:  http://www.softdevlabs.com/ctci-w32

    *  TunTap32: host routing table update functionality/support
       (i.e. support for the SIOCADDRT and SIOCDELRT ioctl calls)
       has been dropped/disabled as it was determined after peer
       review that they weren't really needed anyway for Herc
       networking to work properly.

    *  TT32Test now, just like Hercules, no longer automatically
       adds a P-t-P route entry to Windows' routing table for each
       TUN and TAP interface for the same reason.

    *  TunTap32: fixed a hang that would sometimes occur on Win9x
       systems at shutdown due to outstanding i/o not being properly
       cancelled.


  HercGUI:  http://www.softdevlabs.com/hercgui

    *  Preserve width/height of floating/docked control bar panes
       (especially the DeviceList pane) across HercGUI sessions

    *  Add 3-pixel left margin to console display 

    *  Add code to help increase chances of "Oops!" Crash Dump dialog
       automatically appearing for the rare case of whenever a
Hercules
       crash should ever occur. (Herc 3.05 or greater)

    *  Changed behavior of 'Stop' and 'Start' buttons to always
       issue 'stopall' / 'startall' command regardless of whether
       NUMCPU > 1 or not (since stopall/startall works fine
irrespective
       of how many CPUs are defined).
