I have also wondered if it was/is possible to transfer a licence from
an organisation that has paid a OTC for an early version of ispf.  I
believe there was provision for transferring licences under the old
ibm T&C.

I recall that you were given the option to move to a OTC , from a MLC,
as a version matured.

Old age may have affected my memory.
