Let me rephrase to limit the response.

Where have I NOT seen that before?  Human dogma
is the singlemost thing preventing the world
from being fixed.  With the biggest one -
communism - no longer having major military backing,
the job is far more achievable.  But more dogma
is holding it up.  You mean endlessly pouring
money into a black hole in Africa isn't the right
solution?  That's crazy talk!
