Roger, I've been told that in Australia, IBM 
can't refuse to sell z/OS to someone who has 
the money to pay for it, thanks to the Trade
Practices Act. Something about "constraint of
trade".

I'm no lawyer, and I have little interest in
the non-technical side, but perhaps you can
get some Australian customers onto Hercules.
