Thanks for pointing this out, Fish. I will make a suitable comment on
that blog.

This is in fact a rehash of some equally ill-informed comments that
Tony Pierson made on his blog a year or two ago regarding PSI. Both
Jay Maynard and I made comments at the time, and Tony admitted that he
was talking crap, before purging the comments, apparently at the
request of the IBM lawyers (don't we love 'em).

So I am surprised that Tony seems to have such a short memory. More
likely the article was actually written by IBM lawyers.
