Absolutely.

The question is - are the European officials as
big a bunch of morons as the American ones, that
couldn't see throught IBM's obvious red herring 
regarding "just another server" and with the
"competition just round the corner" lie as the 
insult  that was added to injury?

Did the American ones have anyone on them that
actually knew what MVS is?
