That's not the way I program when I'm at
home. I just type in "doit" and wait 60
seconds or whatever to see the result.

It rebuilds everything. Here is the "doit"
I use for PDOS:

That 60 seconds is my "free time" where
I can meditate on the meaning of life.

I can easily back out changes and
rebuild my test disk.
