I agree with Mike, please try running Hercules on your new system with V3.13. I have found it very stable on my Win10Pro i7 machine. Wait state 064 is documented here at IBM KC: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSLTBW_2.1.0/com.ibm.zos.v2r1.ieah700/m015362.htm https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSLTBW_2.1.0/com.ibm.zos.v2r1.ieah700/m015362.htm According to that page your "reason code" is "009", a program check interruption occurred during NIP processing. Before trying to chase down why NIP gets a program check, please try the newer Hercules version on your new system, that may be the entire answer.
