FYI to all those interested:
A new UPDATED pre-built of the PRE-RELEASE version of SDL Hyperion 4.2 has been uploaded to my SoftDevLabs downloads folder (note URL change):
http://www.softdevlabs.com/downloads/SDL_TEMP_4.2_PVT_X64_VS2008/SDL_TEMP_4.2_PVT_X64_VS2008.zip
This is a slightly updated version of the previous pre-release pre-built with an important fix to the CCKD(*) handler to resolve a crash that is more likely to occur when very large dasds are used. Recall that the upcoming 4..2 release of SDL Hyperion contains support for compressed CKD dasd files over 4GB in size, called CCKD64:

PLEASE NOTE that, as before, this is a *temporary* pre-built and will *not* remain available forever. It will disappear (be deleted) once SDL Hyperion 4.2 is officially released (whenever that is). This is only an *interim* pre-built that is being released to allow people to thoroughly test the new CCKD64 logic.
Please create a new GitHub Issue if you experience any problems with it.

(*) The bug was NOT in the new CCKD64 logic. Rather, this was a "DAY ONE" (almost) bug in Hercules's original CCKD handler code, first introduced many, many years ago. Due to the nature of the bug however, it would only potentially strike whenever very large dasds were used (such as 3390-27 or larger, e.g. 3390-54), which is why it only *appeared* to be a CCKD64 bug (but in reality was not).
