 I used ADRDSSU to create a standalone IPL tape and used the restore of the volume from an AWS tape. This has worked in the past but does not seem to work now.
 

 Basically, what I did was create the dasd with the dasdinit.exe program for the 3390 model 3/9/27s that I need. Then I IPLed the bootable restore tape and restored the volumes.
 

 Any idea why they are not being brought online?
