Roger D. Moore (November 16, 1939 – March 21, 2019 )

Those of you interested in APL\360 may not have heard that Roger
Moore, one of the original implementors of APL, died in March. He was
79.

There are several online obituaries - most of them emphasising Moore's
post-retirement philanthropic activities with opera and other new
music, and glossing over or muddling up the APL and packet switching
parts of his life.

His web site continues, and I hope whoever looks after it doesn't turn
