The people who suggested leaving off the -m parm of the LCS statement are not providing it correctly, it will work without the -m but leaves your connection dependent upon the order of your adapters and will provide you with some possible issues when you decide to install a VPN or other adapters so you will end up playing games with who goes first.  It's always best to specify the parms completely.  In fact, sometimes it's a good idea to specify the defaults because years later you will look back and try to figure out what you were thinking at the time. :)
