You must perform the setup steps for resolver.  The one that starts at IPL by default is not configured to run on your Windows PC, so you have to change it like I stated int he previous email.  Then you just "P RESOLVER" and "S RESOLVER" to get it in correctly.
 

 It should only take you a couple minutes to get it done.
 

 If you need help I can cover it again for you.
