You can reproduce this log easily by downloading the original TK4- Update 08, firing it up and shutting it down.

And, as I stated, you are _not_ using TK4-. in that case. So, what brings you to telling people on this list that TK4- is failing to produce some verbiage, and insinuating from this that it is failing to shutdown cleanly. It is your unsupported modified stone-age Hercules running a darkly modified MVS that fail to shutdown cleanly.
