 May I assume that commands that may be issued from a Rexx script would include the IPL and HAO and STOPALL and SYSCLEAR and QUIT commands as well as others?  So automation of startup and shutdown *could* use Rexx to perform those functions (assuming installation of a supported interpreter)?
