 for the people who want to build Hercules on their own (on Windows) you provide "ready to be used" packages for ZLIB, BZIP2 and PCRE (see  http://www.softdevlabs.com/hercules-msvc-build.html https://deref-gmx.net/mail/client/v9d5EncQvSI/dereferrer/?redirectUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.softdevlabs.com%2Fhercules-msvc-build.html).
