The only place to get the appropriate headers is to install one of (or both) of the corresponding Rexx packages, which are completely separate products from Hercules. If you have either Rexx installed on your system, then the Hercules build process *should* automatically detect that and automatically build your Hercules with the corresponding Rexx support. On Linux, OORexx support will be automatically provided as long as it is installed, but support for Regina Rexx must be explicitly specified at configure time by specifying the "--enable-regina-rexx" configure option.
