I don't know what you're talking about.  The pre-built Windows version of SDL Hercules is built with support for BOTH Regina AND OORexx.

As I said, the prebuilt versions of SDL Hyperion *ARE* built with Rexx support for BOTH Regina AND Open Object Rexx (OORexx).  All you have to do is install one or the other and Hercules will use it.  There is no need to build Hercules for yourself.

This has been true forever.
