TK4- clpa?

Dear group members,
 my name is Michael and I'm orbiting around Hercules and MVS 3.8J for some years now, intermittently getting distracted from it by work, family or both. Now I'm back (again) and found the TK4-. Maybe like many of us noobs I've started to toy around with the SNASOL definition and wonder if I have to - and how - I can issue R 00,clpa during startup. The Hercules scripting mechanism is completely beyond me for the moment. 
 

 My apologies if this is a question too stupid to ask.
