Note, it refers to an old Yahoo Group message, which is no longer 
available through this Yahoo group, as Yahoo are running their service 
into the ground.
But I have uploaded 47000 of the 85000 Yahoo messages to to a Subgroup 
on Groups.io:

If you join the main Hercules-390 group on Groups.io, that link to the 
archive will be accessible.  Any you can search the Archive of the 
subgroup too for "Diag 8".
