And to that end, have just updated all of our web pages -- including our all-important "Technical Support" web page -- with the new groups.io URLs and email addresses so that new users can more easily find our various support groups:

Hopefully will at least mitigate the problem somewhat.

To this I agree 1000%!!

I haven't done so yet (it's late and I'm tired), but I'm going to try and remember to send an email tomorrow to every group's administrator reminding them to do exactly this!
