Dave, I second the motion for trying on MVT.  I don't have a MVT setup to test with.  Old eyes and small screens don't mix well.  It looks like the Parameters are 1M for size and 238K for buf. Peppe, how many lines is the COBOL program?   MVT typically ran on hardware with 2 M of memory. Could try with Dave's settings and with a "hello world" type short program?Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device
