MVT COBOL also means it only handles ISAM, not VSAM.  I've been curious
about what COBOL programs using ISAM looked like.  I've never had much luck
finding examples.  Due to the limitations of ISAM, most folks use VSAM via
Jay Moseley's COBOL VSAM access routines instead:
