Your logfile is HIGHLY UNUSUAL to say the least!! Are you sure you aren't running TWO DIFFERENT instances of Hercules at the same time, with each of them incorrectly specifying the same exact logfile? Does Windows's Task Manager show two Hercules running? If so, that might be your problem. Your provided configuration file snippet also does not contain any type of CTCI device statement either, and YET, your logfile snippet contains message: 21:34:59 HHC00901I 0:0E22 CTCI: Interface tun0, type TUN opened which should NOT be issued at all if your configuration file doesn't contain any CTCI device statements! Instead of providing only "extracts" (partial snippets) of your logfile and configuration files, I suggest showing us your COMPLETE UNADULTERATED configuration file and logfile, from beginning to end. I have no clue what the frick is going on. How did you start Hercules? Are you using a script? (batch file?) Or are you starting it manually yourself? What was the command line that was used? (i.e. what actual command was ultimately issued to Windows?) Try rebooting and trying again! -- "Fish" (David B.
