you are apparently missing these two parameters in your hercules config file:
 

 FACILITY          ENABLE 044_PFPO
FACILITY          ENABLE 006_ASN_LX_REUSE
 

 Also it appears that your CPU is set to 3090, that's not supported by z/OS 2.1 (or z/OS 1.13).  I suggest a BC12 or higher. You also seem to have no LPAR simulated (another nono).  

 

 You should post your entire config so that I can tell you all of the errors you have and how to change them.
 

 I don't know how you were able to run with the settings you appear to have, but they are not as they should be.
