PL/C?

The discussion on the PL/I course jiggled an old thought out.
 

 Does *anyone* have the Cornell PL/C compiler around for MVS/MVT? There have been inquiries in the past, all of which came up with nothing, but thought I'd ask again in case something has surfaced in the last few years.
 

 The VM 6-pack has it, but I would really love to have that on MVS (PL/C and WATFIV were pretty much what the beginning students got at UIUC in late 70s/early 80s, and feeding the PL/C compiler piles of random mispunched cards from the trashcan was an amusing exercise; the compiler would try to turn anything into a runnable program).
