Assembled with what? Have you seen the
assembler that s390x produces? It's not
normal IBM assembler, it's Unix format.
And what EBCDIC-capable runtime are
you going to couple it with?

If s390x produced standard assembler I
would be able to use it myself, and even
have 64-bit capability in C.
