Actually Dave is correct - Pardon my incorrect use of the word web -- - English is my mother tounge but I am out of practice. Question: Its getting pretty close to the point where I can put it out there for you gentlemen to play with on your own. Not quite a Beta yet but almost a pre Beta -- (Is that called an alpha.)? I guess I can download it to the Hercules site as an AWS tape. Is that the best way? Suggestion please -- Not too familiar with this. It's not that large - and I'll try to generate some documenation to go along with it in my poor engligh - All the source code is on the "A" DISK OF CMSUSER and I keep putting the CURRENT version that you are using there . I don't want to distribute the source just yet because from experience that causes issues with version control and Gets too entagled with administraton. But as soon as we have a real BETA ( and if there is interest) I'll ' be glad to distribute the sources as well Meanwhile you can browse them on the 'A" disk with the full screen browser. (and mybe by the end of the week actually EDIT them with the full screen editor, (only copies). It is definitely moving along well. Paul at one time suggested that we need somthing that can edit a 10 Line EXEC program and that that I should be satisfied with that. We are way way way past that point. Looking back at inbox I see that we started talking about this seriously around the beginning of the month and I think I started actually working a little after that. So for 3 weeks - I think the progress is pretty good. Lots of late nights and early mornings In between have to keep the wife happy Roc _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Mike Stramba Sent: Monday, July 26, 2010 02:43 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [H390-VM] Re: Full screen application Specs I'm pretty sure he means that he went out through *internet* to the "server", rather than connecting directly to *localhost* On 7/25/10, Dave McGuire <[email protected] <mailto:Mcguire%40neurotica.com> > wrote: > On 7/25/10 5:47 PM, Rocky wrote: >> My local response time is great - Thru the WEB I am not sure what you are >> getting. > > Waitaminute...you built a web interface to this?
