	IMHO DMKRIO is perfect; the issues are the mods made to support
3278-4 (not supported in VANILLA VM/370).
	If I define three 3278-2 terminals (C0-C1-C2) when I IPL I get C1
disabled (I have to ENA C1).
	Sometimes I see a half VM/370 logo on C1 (supposed to be sent to a
3278-4 model) and it gets disabled; so it's a question of 3278-4 support.

terminal that is defined as 24 lines in DMKRIO
As longs as your emulater know that it can hadle 32 or 43 lines.

For the system 43 or 32 lines are the alternate screen sizes - and only EWA
commands will let you use them.
