You may want to try the group name capability of the 3270 connector :

so if you do something like :

0C0.16 3270 SMALL
161.16 3270 LARGE

And you connect with a parameter of "SMALL" for your 24x80 terminals and 
"LARGE" for your model 4s, it should work.
