Firstly the assembler on VM (and MVS) is XF not F and is completley
different to "F" which was the assembler on MVT.

Not sure if this includes any mods. The Assembler on the 6-pack has a mod to
allow it assemble GCC.
I used the source from the MVS Turnkey-2 to re-assemble it. The mods and the
EXECs for this are here:-

http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/H390-VM/files/GCCCMS/

in the ifmods.zip file. You can just mount the MVS pack on VM and read the
source and macros direectly.
I did look at the source and couldn't make any sense of it, so the macros
are applied blindly.
