Does anybody have access to any documentation about IND$FILE?

Now that we have a Full-screen application in VM/370 we have the necessary base 
to write our version of IND$FILE.

This is classified by IBM as confidential material, but since every 3270 
emulator has a working version there must be something written somewhere.

About thirty years ago when I was writing emulators I remember that we reverse 
enginered - Well not exactly, but we worked from traces to figure out what it 
was doing. There are really only SIX bytes of control information on the screen. 
Some of it must be a CRC character

I spent a few days looking for the old "C" sources for that emulator but I can't 
find  File transfer routines. 


Probably left on some computer that I junked while travelling on foreign 
assignments.

Would save a lot of time if anynody can point to anything - either on the MF 
side or the PC side that has some information.
