Is Dial CPWATCH part of the regular one or what?

Hello!
Is the Dial CPWATCH command, or even the Dial command part of the
regular commands for the vanilla (Bob Abeles) kit? I tried entering
Dial CPWatch first at a VM screen after bringing up CMS. Naturally CMS
complained. Then I logged out and then logged back in, this time
before bringing up CMS and tried the Dial CPWatch command.

It, ah, ignored me. I mean I got a comment that the command was
unkown. This also happened here on this Cygwin installed system.

Or am I thinking of a different command for the dial one, or even one
that does not exist?

Of course the search commands for the group don't work very well, nor
is Google interested in helping me search the group messages lists.
