Roc,

your guess is right: I tried an EBCDIC to EBCDIC transfer - without
joy -;-)

I'd like to use other emulators but they're awfully expensive (unless you can find a cheaper way to use them ;-)

I have a few  *VERY* old emulators (IRMA - E78 - MYTE - PC3270) but they need a 3270 PC card connected via coax to a 3274....
