Ok, it will be interesting to see what SVCs
are used in the above. Or even what filename.

There's no need to look for that for me, if
that's what you're doing. I already have what
I need for that. What I don't have is an
editor.

Bearing in mind that you can write in C on
MVS 3.8j, it means that the C library has been
implemented, which means that most things that
you would say "well how would I normally do
that in C", have a ready-made answer:

Also remember that most of the MVS source code
is available, so grepping that can often provide
