I now you are really going to love me for this, because I am going to echo
what Paul said. Please can you specify a copyright statement (which could be
that there is no copyright, the code is in the public domain). If you choose
to retain your copyright (which is currently the case as you haven't
explicitly rescinded it) can you add a licence that specifies how it can be
used and distributed. I suggest that you use an existing licence from:-

If you want to grant as many rights as possible, and yet protect yourself a
little then I suggest BSD.
