Then I would venture to say that your commercial experience with Windows is extremely limited. No shop that has to comply with Sarbanes Oxley can justify continuing to use an unsupported OS to its external auditors. As a matter of fact, since SarbOx was upheld by SCOTUS, I am dealing with customers who have been mandated by their auditors to upgrade or be hit with a major deficiency in terms of controls. It's probably worth pointing out that nearly every commercial site I know of that's still running Windows is running 2000, or at the latest, 2003.
