No shop that has to comply with Sarbanes Oxley can justify continuing to use
an unsupported OS to its external auditors. As a matter of fact, since
SarbOx was upheld by SCOTUS, I am dealing with customers who have been
mandated by their auditors to upgrade or be hit with a major deficiency in
terms of controls.

   It's probably worth pointing out that nearly every commercial site I know
of that's still running Windows is running 2000, or at the latest, 2003.
