Just out of curiosity, why are you starting your terminal session before it
has anything to connect to? Doesn't it make more sense to start Herc FIRST,
and THEN your x3270 session? (so it could then connect to something?)
And why is it being started in the background and then killed after Herc
ends? Can't you just click the [x] close button? (or File -> Exit?) Or
doesn't Linux have one of those anymore? :)
Your startup seems a tad convoluted/confusing to me.
But then maybe that's because I'm a Windows person? :)
