   There won't be any incompatibility issues there (i.e., Linux vs. 
UNIX), as the stuff we're talking about is at the very simplest level of 
that world.

   That said, however, I would be happy test the distribution under 
Solaris, NetBSD, FreeBSD, and OpenBSD (as well as Linux) if that'd be at 
all helpful, so you can put those in the documentation as "tested ok".
