If you're interested I istalled Hercules on the following NAS:

1) Netgear ReadyNas Duo (SPARC): about 0.65 MIPS
2) D-LINK DNS-323 (ARM): about 1.3 MIPS
3) D-LINK DNS-343 (ARM): about 1.6 MIPS
4) FUJITSU Q700 (ARM) : about 2.8 MIPS
5) SYNOLOGY DS 209 II+ (PPC) : about 8 MIPS
6) QNAP TS-239 (ATOM): about 10 MIPS

So everyone of these NAS devices is able to run our VM/370 with acceptable perfomances (with my GCIC mods of course :-).
