I don't want to get too far off topic here, but I generally treat license
agreements as an "agreement of honor" (and I consider myself an honorable
person). That is, I promise not to do anything you probably wouldn't want me
to do, such as making a zillion copies and handing them out to my friends or
selling them etc, or using time-limited trial versions for production
purposes, etc. Basically I agree to be a nice person and not harm/screw them
in any significant/measurable way, and in return I don't expect them to try
and screw me for not strictly adhering to some obscure clause in their
agreement. <shrug>
