To my dismay, I have never found any appropriate documentation regarding=20 the operations of a 3420 - so I'm solely relying on some reverse=20 engineering of the CP source to determine what a 3420 status should look=20 like upon completion of a Rewind Unload CCW operation. We're obviously missing something... Both DDR and CP should work, but we=20 might be missing a condition or misbehaving at some point. One=20 possibility is the "CUE" status. CP Expects it - and actually=20 *recognizes* that the previous operation was a Rewind Unload by checking=20 the (merged) CE+DE+CUE+UC unit status combo. One thing that might be different is how the "CUE" status is triggered.=20 It's possible that CP expects the CUE because it does something=20 different than DDR does (which shouldn't yield a CUE).. "CUE" is usually=20 reported when a "BUSY" condition was previously reported (and possibly=20 on another device on the same CU) - and there are several conditions=20 that can trigger this.
